Extremely poor customer service

Trying to get an answer out of this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I have only had half of my order delivered. Im missing a bedframe and mattress. The tracking number they gave me wasn't for my items. I phoned the freight company they said it had a different name on it and was delivered somewhere else - so it clearly wasn't my tracking number. Trying to explain this to the customer service person over email and I get a standard response 'your order has been delivered'... so frustrating as there is no phone number to talk to someone.
When I answer the email the communication ends and I must submit another Contact Us request, and receive the same standard answer.
This is pure thievery. Not sure of my next move but trying to cancel my credit card payment might be next.

Waste of time

Made a purchase, received no confirmation email so couple days later emailed them , they claim my order came through buy cannot find payment, sent all relevant information then two days later get a email that they don't have my order number which was on top of the screen shot I sent, ended up reading reviews on this company and didn't fill me with confidence , so ended up cancelling my order and asking for refund, emailed layby too explain the terrible customer service and request all payments stop, do not buy off this company . they can't furfill a simple internet order

Shopped there yesterday for the first…

Shopped there yesterday for the first time and I have never received worst customer service, brought a bed head was emailed your order is ready to be picked up, so I went in the next day to pick up (considering I went all the way to my work to borrow the van and gas it up) got there had to wait 30mins to be seen when there was no one in the show room, got seen finally then they said we see your order but not your payment I then showed them my payment through Laybuy, but for some reason it wasn’t in there system (also received a your item is ready to be picked up email) I then waited another 30mins so they could investigate to then be told my payment isn’t in there system and to come back later, even tho I received a your item is ready to be picked up and even showed them the payment confirmation email. Took my work van all the way back to work wasted $20 on gas (for nothing) to then be called saying your item is ready. Also when I went to pick up no one helped me put it in the car 2x 30kg plus boxes, the worker dumped on the ground surprisingly nothing was broken and he just walked away, last time I shop at treasure box, you guys need to wake up.

Not fit for purpose

We bought a chicken coop and I have to say that the quality is extremely poor. It is very flimsy construction, the screws and hinges are rubbish metal and far too small, and there is no bracing or reinforcing at all. Pieces of wood and "ply" snapped along grain lines, making me wonder if the middle layer was just cardboard or balsa. It's a good thing I'm a woman and not a rip-sh!+-and-bust fella, as I had to very gently and gingerly assemble the coop. Which by the way, is not waterproof as the gable doesn't have a ridge, so I had to make my own.
Worse still it wasn't square, can't be moved around without falling apart AND we have to prop up the nesting boxes on bricks as they can't take the weight of 2 brown shavers, let alone up to 8!
If it wasn't such a hassle to disassemble and travel to Auckland, I would have returned it for a refund.

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful! Bought new sofa bed to replace a 5 years old sofa bed. It fit perfectly and is so much more comfortable. Paid on Monday arrived on Wednesday. Happy face.

Crap customer service!

Ordered something, they took my money and send me a tracking number a couple of days later. After a week of tracking not updating, I emailed and asked why which they responded with saying they had checked and the package had been picked up. Then contacted the shipping company who said this was not correct.
Then when I asked them again they said it had since sold out! How can something sell out when you have already packaged it up and "sent" it.
They have no customer service line to be able to speak to someone and you get a different person in each email who ignores questions and just gives robotic bs answers. Will never order from here again!!

Will buy again

Had issue with the desk arriving damaged by the courier.
Treasure box sent me a replacement quite quickly.
Couldn't ask for more.
Bad thing happen, it's how we respond that matters

Your company is a nightmare

Your company is a nightmare. You have taken my money and given me a product that is missing pieces, instructions and screws. Your phone system sucks and I have basically wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get through to always be disconnected. You don't reply to emails or messages on facebook. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Steer clear from these thiefs

Steer clear canceled an order because they couldn't deliver and now cannot get my $435 refunded will be taking them to court.
They don't answer their phone, messenger or chat DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEFS

Bought a chicken coop that was really a lemon

Bought a chicken coop. 80% of the product was unusable, with parts being chipped and with deep gouges in wood. The roof was warped and the door hinges sealed so thickly with adhesive they wouldn't open. We took photos of defects and sent them to the customer service team, then in response, they asked us to show on the assembly instruction sheet what parts were damaged specifically. Their reply? We'll refund you 15% of what you paid for it. We wrote back asking for 100% refund and the return of the product. Their response: zero communication. Do not buy anything from this monkey outfit. They're a scam. We are now seeking legal advice.
